Reach out to HHart Therapy at the Bakehouse to schedule a personalised session, inquire about walk-and-talk therapy. I welcome your questions and look forward to supporting your wellbeing. I can see you at my main space in Guestling, or Central Hastings town centre, online or other options like walk and talk and home visits.  I also have availibilty in Ashford Kent.

Sessions start from £50 for 50 minutes, I believe therapy should be available for everyone so I do offer concessions dependending on your circumstances, Free 20 min telephone introduction which includes a short questionnaire to help me discover your aim of therapy, this will include some health questions.
